Grandma’s Stars
A scrappy quilt made using a wide variety of reproductions fabrics mixed with light and medium calicos and co-ordinating solids. This quilt is made on a flannel foundation giving it an instant aged look. The flannel becomes the batting. Big stitch quilting and prairie points give the perfect finishing touch.

Pineapple Tidbits
This great workshop starts with a fabric trade to ensure that each participant has a wide variety of fabric. A quick lesson in determining the colour value of your scraps. This quilt is made on a flannel foundation giving it an instant aged look. Over dying the completed quilt adds to the aged look.

A scrappy quilt made with a wide variety of plaids and stripes; an opportunity to up cycle mens shirts. This quilt is freeform piecing on a flannel foundation giving it an instant aged look.

Plough through your scraps quickly piecing this quilt on a muslin foundation. You do not even need to know how to sew a straight line.

Logs and Diamonds
This quilt is pieced on a paper foundation and sewn together with “Y” seams. The look of tumbling blocks is achieved working with the colour value of your fabric. Each diamonds is actually a log cabin block. **kit fee extra**
